Meet Brian Helgemo
MEET YOUR REAL ESTATE EXPERT: BRIAN C. HELGEMO For over 50 years, selling real estate has been the Helgemo legacy. Brian’s Grandmother was one of the first female Realtors in Florida, and opened her own brokerage, Modern Realty, which still serves the community today under the care of Brian’s Uncle. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida State University, Brian decided to continue in his family’s footsteps and joined the Five Star family. Brian has two brothers: Dr. Benjamin Helgemo—Charlotte County’s leading pediatrician, and Dr. Stephen Helgemo—Charlotte County’s only hand surgeon. Brian’s parents, who have resided in Southwest Florida since 1967, have recently retired to Punta Gorda. In the past 6 years, Brian has closed over 90 MILLION DOLLARS in real estate transactions and has helped over 400 families and individuals buy and sell property.
